A LIFETIME IN THE TILE TRADE

Gary got his start in the tile trade early on, learning first from his own father — a general contractor who exposed him to nearly every facet of the construction business. From corporate work to running his own company, Gary has done it all in the tile world. His goal has always been simple: provide nothing but the best, on every job, for every customer. In 2017, he brought that experience into Tile Guys USA, and has since passed his knowledge down to his son and business partner, Michael.

BUILDING ON A FAMILY FOUNDATION

Now a Wilmington, NC local, Michael studied at East Carolina University before joining his father in the tile trade full-time. Gary provided the foundational training and professional standards that define Michael’s approach to every project. But he hasn’t stopped there: Michael has gone on to earn his Schluter certification and continued his education through Tile Council of North America (TCNA) training, staying current with the industry’s best waterproofing and installation techniques. The result is a business built on decades of family know-how, paired with the latest standards the trade has to offer.
